Where are you located?
Our property address is 2470 41st St, Muscatine, IA 52761. We’re located on the north side of 41st Street, just off Highway 61.
How do I contact you?
If you have any questions about our services, you can fill out our online form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If you wish to meet in person, you may call us at (563) 264-3174 to make an appointment.
Do you offer 24-hour access?
We sure do! When you store with us, you get a personal gate code that allows you to use our storage units and parking spaces any time you want (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
How far are you from West Liberty, IA?
Great question! We’re roughly 22 miles away, meaning you can reach our property after about 25 minutes driving from West Liberty. We’re also convenient to residents and businesses from Muscatine, Wilton, Wapello, Columbus Junction, Fruitland, and Grandview!
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows our tenants to park their vehicle directly in front of their rental, instead of having to park it outside the property. This is an ideal solution if you don’t want to have to carry your belongings more than a few feet from your vehicle before stashing them away in our storage units. You can even drive out here any time of day (or night) you want!
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes, we do. Our parking spaces are great for a variety of vehicles, including business vans, cars, RVs, boats, trailers, and more. With our spacious parking area, you won’t have a problem storing your vehicle here!
What are your security features?
Our self storage facility is surrounded by perimeter fencing and accessible through our security gate. There are several cameras installed throughout the area, allowing us to view and track all property activity. Don’t hesitate to ask us for more information.
